This Private Tender Is Governed, As Pertinent To The Legal Nature Of Fundación Integra As A Legal Entity Of Private Law, By Law No. 19,886, Of Bases On Contracts Administrative Regulations For The Supply And Provision Of Services And Their Regulations, Approved By Decree Supreme No. 661, Of 2024, Of The Ministry Of Finance; By Law No. 19,880, Which Establishes Bases Of The Administrative Procedures Governing The Acts Of The State Administration Bodies; By These Special Administrative Bases, General Administrative Bases, Technical Bases And Annexes; For The Consultations That The Bidders Eventually Make Within The Framework Of The Bidding Process And The Responses Provided By The Foundation; For The Clarifications To The Bases Formulated By Integra And Its Modifications, If Any, As They Contribute To Determining The Scope And Meaning Of The Themselves.
