First: That The Dr. Alfonso Asenjo Neurosurgery Institute, As A Self-Managed Network Establishment Since 2010, Is Part Of The Network Of Public Health Establishments And Has Established Itself As A National Reference Institution In Highly Complex Neurosurgical Pathologies, Which Requires Permanently Having Specialized Equipment And Supplies For The Care Of Outpatients And Hospitalized Patients; Second: That The Institute Of Neurosurgery Needs The Acquisition Of Supplies For Cra-Neofacial Surgery, For A Period Of 24 Months, In Order To Be Able To Duly Fulfill And Satisfy The Healthcare Demand That Has Been Legally Entrusted To The Establishment; Third: That The Dr. Alfonso Asenjo Neurosurgery Institute Has Also Been Established As A Public Institution Of National Reference Of Excellence In The Treatment Of Highly Complex Neurosurgical Pathologies; Fourth: That It Is Appropriate To Ensure Transparency In This Process And To Know The Supply Conditions Prevailing In The Market Under The Public Bidding Modality In The Public Purchasing And Contracting System Established In Law No. 19,886 And Its Regulations; Fifth: That The Absence Of Framework Agreements Signed By The Public Procurement And Contracting Directorate Has Been Verified, In The Catalog Of Goods And Services Offered In The Public Market Information System, For The Purpose Of These Bidding Rules; Sixth: That It Has Been Estimated That The Bidding Process That Will Be Regulated By These Bases, According To Budget Estimates, Will Not Exceed 5,000 Utm, As A Total Expense, Including The Taxes That Must Be Applied In This Regard; Seventh: That There Are Suppliers In The Market That Meet The Requirements And To Whom You Wish To Access; Eighth: That, Since These Are Goods Or Services Of Simple And Objective Specification, The Circumstances Indicated In Article 25 Of Decree 661 Of The Ministry Of Finance That Establishes The Regulations Of Law No. 19,886 Are Met, Therefore, This Tender Will Be Published On The Portal Www.Mercadopublico.Cl For A Period Of 10 Consecutive Days; Ninth: That There Are Suppliers In The Market That Meet The Requirements And To Whom You Wish To Access
