The Subject Of The Contract Is A Service Consisting In The Collection And Management Of The Entire Mass Of Municipal Waste, Both Mixed And Collected Selectively, Generated And Collected From Residential Properties Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City And Commune Of Solec Nad Wisłą As Well As In Pszok, Regardless Of Weather Conditions, In A Way That Ensures Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery. Other Methods And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill, In Accordance With The Provisions Of: 1) The Act Of 13 September 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733), And Implementing Regulations, 2) Resolution No. 9/2025 Of The Masovian Voivodeship Assembly Of February 25, 2025, Regarding Adoption Of The Waste Management Plan For The Masovian Voivodeship 2030 3) Resolution No. Xxxvi/228/2021 Of The City Council In Solec Nad Wisłą Of February 26, 2021 On The Adoption Of The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The City And Commune Of Solec Nad Wisłą*, 4) Resolution No. Xxxvi/227/2021 Of The City Council In Solec Nad Wisłą*, Wisła Of February 26, 2021 Regarding The Detailed Method And Scope Of The Provision Services In The City And Commune Of Solec Nad Wisłą In The Field Of Collecting Municipal Waste From Property Owners And Managing This Waste In Exchange For A Municipal Waste Management Fee Paid By The Property Owner*. *-Legal Acts Will Be Updated In The Event Of Changes To The Law. The Service Involves The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste Generated And Collected On All Properties Inhabited By Residents Located In The Solec Nad Wisłą Commune. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Equip The Property With Containers And Bags For Collecting Waste. The Number Of Inhabited Properties From Which Municipal Waste Should Be Collected Is At Least 1,526 (As Of September 30, 2025).
