Diesel Oil - Delivery Of Diesel Oil And Fuel Additive For The Needs Of Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami Eko-Mazury Sp. Z O. O. Over A Period Of 12 Months. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Subsequent Delivery Of Diesel Oil For Diesel Engines And A Fuel Additive For The Needs Of Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami Eko-Mazury Sp. Z O. O. In Siedliska Over A Period Of 12 Months. 2. The Estimated Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) As Part Of The Basic Order  260,000 Liters Of Diesel Oil  5,500 Liters Of Fuel Additive 3. Deliveries Of Diesel Oil And Fuel Additive Will Be Carried Out Successively According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party On Working Days From Monday To Friday From 7:00 A.M. To 2:00 P.M. 4. Depending On Its Current Needs, The Ordering Party Will Place Individual Orders For The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order To The Contractor During The Term Of The Contract. 5. Deliveries Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place Using The Contractors Specialized Transport Vehicle Equipped With A Certified Diesel Oil Measurement System. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Demand Presentation Of A Current Certificate Of Legalization Of The Tanker Trucks Meter With A Number Consistent With The Serial Number Of The Meter Installed On The Delivery Vehicle. 6. The Place Of Delivery Of Diesel Oil And Fuel Additive Will Be The Municipal Waste Disposal Plant Run By Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami Eko-Mazury Sp. Z O. O., Siedliska 77, 19-300 Ełk, Province Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, Ełk Poviat, Ełk Commune. 7. If The Contractor Has A Gas Station In The Ełk Commune And/Or The Ełk City Commune, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With The Opportunity To Refuel Two Passenger Cars Owned By Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami Eko-Mazury Sp. Under This Order At These Gas Stations. Z O. O. On The Same Terms And Conditions As Those Specified For The Supply Of Diesel Oil To The Plant. 8. It Is Noted That The Ordering Party Has A Gas Station With A Capacity Of 9,000 Liters To Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered. 9. Each Delivery Will Take Place Within A Maximum Of 2 Days, Counted From The Moment The Order Is Placed By Phone And/Or By The Ordering Party (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays). 10. Each Single Delivery Of Diesel Oil Will Range From 3,000 To 5,000 Liters And Fuel Additive In The Amount Of Up To 260 Liters, Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. 11. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Deliver Diesel Oil And Fuel Additives Separately. 12. The Fuel Delivered By The Contractor Must Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018, As Amended) And The Requirements Specified In The Pn-En 590+A1:2017-06 Standard Or Equivalent. 13. Together With Each Purchased Batch Of Oil, The Contractor Will Provide Release Documents, A Diesel Oil Quality Certificate And A Manufacturers Price Document From The Website, Valid As Of The Delivery Date. 14.
