The Subject Of The Order Is The Ongoing Technical Service, Service And Maintenance Of The European Solidarity Center Building In Gdańsk Together With The Adjacent Area (Ecs Building), Carried Out 24 Hours A Day, Including Public Holidays. As Part Of The Operation Of Machines, Devices, Systems And Installations, The Contractors Staff Is Obliged To Perform All Service, Maintenance And Repair Activities In Accordance With The Facility Documentation, Instructions, Technical And Operational Documentation And The Best Technical And Operational Knowledge For Devices, Installations And Systems, In Particular: 1) Preparing, Agreeing And Implementing An Inspection And Maintenance Schedule, 2) Performing All Periodic Inspections Of The Installations And Devices Constituting The Installation Equipment Of The Ecs Building And Inspections Required By Law, In Particular Construction Inspections, 3) Carrying Out All Activities Related To The Operation Of The Entire Ecs Building In The Field Of Maintenance, 4) Providing The Emergency Number And Emergency E-Mail Address 24/7 Service, 5) Being On Duty By The Contractors Qualified Technical Staff, 6) Daily Monitoring Of The Condition Of The Building Ecs, Installations, Devices And Systems, 7) Performing Maintenance And Repair Work, 8) Securing The Effects Of Occurring Failures, 9) Supporting The Ordering Party In Its Activities Related To The Identification And Removal Of Failures And In The Damage Adjustment Procedure, 10) Supporting The Ordering Party In Its Activities Related To Enforcing The Ordering Partys Rights Under The Guarantee Or Warranty Regarding The Works Performed, 11) Technical Assistance For Program And Commercial Events Carried Out In The Ecs Building And Its Immediate Surroundings, 12) Media Management (Electricity, Thermal Energy, Hot And Cold Utility Water), 13) Maintaining A Warehouse Of Consumables For Maintenance And Repair Works, 14) Preparing Reports, Including Detailed Periodic And On-Demand Reports, 15) Maintaining The Cleanliness Of Technical Rooms, Devices And Installations, 16) Maintaining The Construction Facility Book, Detailed In The Further Provisions Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz). The Ordering Party Has The Right To Resign From Any Activities Covered By This Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Its Annexes In The Field Of Freight Elevators Due To Their Possible Modernization, In Particular: Inspections, Maintenance, Current Repairs And Technical Inspections.
