It Will Be Built A New Building And That Existing School Should Be Retained And Total Rehabilitated. 2 Pavilions/Barracks Must Be Demolished. The School Contains A Sports Hall And Will Be Organized With Areas For, Among Other Things, Cultural School And Music/Culture In The Immediate Area. The Project Includes The Preparation Of Living Space, Driving Access, Delivery Of Goods, Renovation, Etc. Projected Substrate That Is The Basis For Pricing Is A Sketch Project With A Technical Function Description.Tonstad School Will Be Breeam-Nor Certified With The Level Very Good. The Project Will Be Carried Out With Emission -Free Construction Site And A High Degree Of Reuse Of Elements That Must Be Dismantled. The Contract Work Will Be Carried Out As A Total Contract With Collaboration. The Purpose Of The Interaction Phase Is To Design For A Pre -Project With A Focus On Solution Optimization And Risk Management.
