Prequalifications For Rehabilitation/Upgrading Of Roads

Prequalifications are invited for Rehabilitation/Upgrading of Roads 3.0 PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS The Expression of Interest must be submitted in the following order: a. Cover letter duly signed the companys authorized signatory indicating the specific area(s) of spec1alzat1on under the four (4) headings (Goods, Works Consulting Services and Non-Consulting Services). b. Certificate of Incorporation/Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), company Audited Accounts for the year (2022, 2023, 2024). c. Company profile and organization structure with the CV of key personnel with professional certificates. d. Evidence of financial capability (Reference letter from a reputable bank capable and willing to provide line of credit for project execution if requested). e. Current Tax Clearance Certificate of the company and two directors for the last three years (2022, 2023 and 2024 ). f. Evidence of technical capacity (list of equipment, staffing etc.). g. Possession of experience as a prime contractor/consultants/supplier in at least two (2) projects of similar nature and complexity with verifiable letters of contract of award and completion within the last five (5) years. h. Exact verifiable location, with full address/contact, telephone numbers and email address of authorized representative, evidence of technical partnership (manufacturers authorization where necessary). 4.0 NOTE i. In case of joint ventures, the company shall provide evidence of joint venture agreement executed by all parties in the joint venture. j. Evidence of Company Registration/renewal with Ikoyi-Obalende Local Council Development Area. k. Any additional information that may enhance your future consideration. 4.0 NOTE (i) EOI/pre-qualification submission should be very clear about the area(s) of competence and interest. (ii) Submission must be in English language in Four (4) copies(one original and three copies) sealed in one envelope clearly marked Subm1ss1on of Pre qualification Document for Goods, Works, Consulting Services and Non Consulting Services (choose whichever is applicable). (iii) Interested applicants must note that Ikoyi-Obalende Council Development Area reserves the right to verify claims made by the pre-qualification documents submitted by the applicants. (iv) Ikoyi-Obalende Local Council Develop1:1ent Area shall deal directly with only authorized officers of the interested companies and not with their agents. (v) The pre-qualification exercise shall not be construed as a commitment on the part of Ikoyi-Obalende Local Council Development Area to award any contract. (vi) Ikoyi-Obalende Local Council Development Area will not be responsible for any cost or expenses incurred by any interested party(ies) in connection with responses to this invitation. (vii) Interested eligible applicants may obtain further information at the Procurement Office, Ikoyi-Obalende Local Council Development Area, 15 Cardinal Olubunmi Okogie Road, Ikoyi -Lagos.
