Software Support Services - Introduction Of Authentication And Authorization Elements In The Npi Environment Of The Czech Republic. The Subject Of The Fulfillment Of This Public Contract (Hereinafter Also “Vz”) Is: A) Implementation Of The Part For Centralization And Management Of Termination Of Terminal Systems (Also “Identity Management” Or In Short “Idm”) And Centralization And Management Of Authentication For Ordinary Users (Access Management Or Abbreviated) And B) Support For 36 Months. The Precise Definition Of The Subject Of The Public Contract And Other Requirements For Its Execution, Including Information, Conditions, Specifications And Other Data, Are Specified In Detail In Annex 1 And 2 Of The Tender Documentation. The Purpose Of This Public Contract Is To Conclude A Contract For Work And Contract On The Provision Of Services Of The Support System For Qualifications And Authorization With One Supplier. Due To The Protection Of The Contracting Authority, The Mandatory Requirements Are Not Part Of The Public Part Of The Tender Documentation. The Tender Documentation Containing Mandatory Requirements Is Available Through The Contracting Authoritys Profile Within The National Electronic Instrument As A Non -Public Part (Which Forms Annex 10) Of The Tender Documentation. Suppliers Must Be Sent To The Non -Public Part Of The Tender Documentation Through The National Electronic Instrument. The Application Must Be Sent At The Latest (5) Working Days Before The Expiry Of The Period For Submitting Tenders. As Part Of The Application, The Supplier Submits The Completed Electronically Signed Confidential Information Agreement (Which Forms Annex 9 Zd), Which Undertakes To Use The Information Provided Only For The Preparation Of The Offer Under This Public Contract. The Model Of This Agreement Must Be Signed (Authorized Conversion Of A Manually Signed Document Or A Valid Recognized Electronic Signature) By A Person Authorized To Act On Behalf Of The Supplier Who Applies To Make The Systems Documentation Available. The Signed Pattern Must Be Delivered To The Contracting Authority In A Form That Will Enable The Subsequent Connection Of A Qualified Electronic Signature By The Contracting Authority. After The Delivery Of The Signed Document “Agreement On The Protection Of Confidential Information”, The Contractors Will Be Made Available To The Contracting Authority In The National Electronic Tool Within 3 Working Days, The Non -Public Part Of The Tender Documentation (See Annex 10). The Contract For Work And The Contract On The Provision Of Service Services (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Contracts) Will Be Concluded With One Supplier. The Contracting Authority Points Out That In The Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Public Contract It Will Be Required For The Supplier To Fulfill The Subject Of The Public Contract Through The Members Of The Implementation Team To Prove The Technical Part Of The Qualification. The Contracting Authority Set The Estimated Value Of The Public Contract Of Czk 7,400,000 Without Vat. The Contracting Authority Sets The Maximum Acceptable Bid Price For The Performance Of The Contract For Work In The Amount Of Czk 3,200,000 Without Vat As An Insurmountable Price, And Its Exceeding Is The Reason For The Exclusion Of The Supplier For Failure To Comply With The Tender.
