The Scope Of The Public Procurement Provides For The Delivery Of 1 (One) Number Of New Loading Machine With Front Loading, The Accompanying Warranty Maintenance Services, Within The Warranty Period Offered By The Participant And The Training Of Employees Of The Contracting Authority. Note: The Warranty Maintenance Is To Be Removed At The Expense Of The Contractor During The Warranty Period, All Damage And/Or Non -Compliance Of The Equipment, Respectively, Replacing Defective Parts And/Or Components That Fall Within The Conditions And Scope Of The Warranty, Within The Warranty Liability Of The Contractor. The Delivery And Replacement Of The Consumables Related To The Current Service Of The Machine Within The Warranty Period Are Not Included In The Scope Of This Order.
