A) Of Act No. 280/1992 Coll., On Department, Business, Business And Other Health Insurance Companies, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Act On Health Insurance Company”), C) Verification Of The Proposal Of The Annual Report Of The Contracting Authority For The Relevant Year Within The Meaning Of § 15 Para. B) Of The Act On Health Insurance Companies, In Accordance With Act No. 93/2009 Coll., On Auditors And On Amendments To Certain Acts, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Act On Auditors”), International Audit Standards Adopted By The Chamber Of Auditors Of The Czech Republic And Other Czech Valid And Effective Legal, Especially Accountants. The Auditors Activities Will Result In A Written Report Of The Auditor In Accordance With Section 20 Of The Auditors Act.
