Engineering-Design Services For Traffic Installations – Planning Redesign Of Arndtstrasse And Schillerstrasse (Marta Axis) In Herford, Procurement Process For Traffic Facility Planning. The Hanseatic City Of Herford Intends To Redesign An Approximately 400 M Long Inner-City Street Axis - The So-Called Marta Axis - With High-Quality Urban Development. This Axis Runs From The Immediate Vicinity Of The Marta Museum To The City Center (Town Hall) And Includes Arndtstrasse And Schillerstrasse. Both Streets Are To Be Completely Renovated And Comprehensively Redesigned As A Result. The Specialist Planning Services Requested In This Award Procedure Relate To Service Phases 1 To 8 Of The Property Planning Traffic Systems Service In Accordance With Section 47 Paragraph 1 Hoai, Supplemented By Special Services And Additional Services In Accordance With The Service Description. The Commissioning Takes Place In Stages. In Addition To The Basic Services, Special And Additional Services Must Also Be Provided (Including Local Construction Supervision). When The Contract Is Awarded, Service Phases 1 To 4 As Well As Some Special Services And Additional Services Will Be Commissioned Directly. The Commissioning Takes Place In A Maximum Of Four Commissioning Stages. The Fee Is Agreed In Accordance With The Contractual Regulations And For The Basic Services In Addition To The Fee Regulations For Architects And Engineers (Hoai) In The Currently Applicable 2021 Version As Well As The Fee Parameters Offered. The Preliminary Goal Is To Maintain A Cost Framework For Cost Group (Kg) 300 Of Eur 1,712,575.00 Net For Both Sections (Schillerstrasse And Arndtstrasse). This Does Not Include Costs For Street Lighting, Any Additional Disposal Costs Due To Contaminated Excavated Soil, Costs For Special Artistic Design, For Furniture And For Signaling Equipment. The Project Will Be Financed In Part By Funding From The State Of North Rhine-Westphalia. The Basis For This Is The Funding Guidelines For Municipal Road Infrastructure (Föri-Kom-Stra) And The Funding Guidelines For Road Expansion Contributions.
