Tenders are invited for Al Dibdibah Power and Al Shagaya Renewable Energy Phase III - Zone 2 Solar PV IPP. In accordance with Law No. 39/2010 and its Executive Regulations, Law No. 116/2014 and its Executive Regulations, With reference to the announcement published in Kuwait Gazette, issue No. 1739, issued on 18/5/2025, regarding the request of qualification for Al Dibdibah Power and AlShagaya Renewable Energy - Phase III- Zone 2 Solar PV IPP (the "Project")., the Kuwait Authority for Partnership Projects ("KAPP) in collaboration with the Ministry of Electricity & Water & Renewable Energy of the State of Kuwait and Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research are pleased to announce the short-listed companies/consortia following the pre- qualification stage for the Project.
