Tenders are invited for Attracting Trainers to Provide Services in the Field of Life Skills, Legal Empowerment, and Entrepreneurship for Women, with Practical Guidance and Counseling. The Maan Development Center announces a tender to provide services in the field of life skills, legal empowerment, and entrepreneurship for women, with practical guidance and counseling , within the activities of the project to support resilience in Palestinian communities in the Jordan Valley (Horizons 3), funded by the Norwegian Representative Office to the Palestinian Authority and implemented and supervised by the Maan Development Center - Ramallah, according to the following conditions: The applicant must be specialized in the field of the required training and provide related services. Prices shall be submitted according to the table attached to the tender documents in US dollars and shall not include value-added tax. The Center is not obligated to select the lowest-priced bid, and has the right to reject any or all bids without giving reasons. The successful bidder must submit official zero-rated tax invoices, as the project is tax-exempt. The applicant is required to provide a certificate of discount from the source. The Center has the right to divide the tender submitted in line with the projects interest. Advertising fees on Jobsite are paid by the successful bidder.
