Tenders are invited for Terms of Reference (ToR) Engineering Consultancy Services MAAN Development Center invite qualified engineering consultancy firms to submit proposals to provide comprehensive engineering and architectural services under the above-mentioned project, funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented jointly by MAAN Development Center and World Vision International. Key Notes Currency & Tax: Financial offers must be in EUR and exclude VAT (the project is VAT-exempt). Invoicing: Firms must issue official zero-VAT invoices compliant with Palestinian regulations. Advertisement Fees: Advertisement fees on Jobs.ps shall be borne by the awarded consultant/firm. Submission Format Two Sealed Envelopes Technical Offer: methodology, detailed workplan/timetable, team composition & CVs, relevant experience, and samples/references. Financial Offer: detailed budget in EUR (unit rates and cost breakdown).
