Tenders are invited for Outsourcing of Receptionist Services at EDB The Economic Development Board (EDB), under the Ministry of Finance, seeks to outsource full-time receptionist services to ensure professional front-desk operations at its offices. The aim is to enhance customer service and operational efficiency through skilled manpower. Objectives · To engage a service provider to supply four (4) experienced receptionists and two (2) backup staff for EDBs reception areas. · To ensure all reception and customer service duties are handled professionally and efficiently. Scope of Services · Manpower: Four full-time receptionists (MondayFriday, 08:3017:30) and two backup staff for absences. · Responsibilities: Receptionists will manage calls, visitors, couriers, meeting room bookings, CRM entries, and provide support for the Occupation Permit Unit and other EDB functions. · Professional Standards: All receptionists must be well-groomed, hold a clean morality certificate, and comply with EDBs confidentiality and conduct requirements. · Service Provider Duties: Responsible for recruitment, HR obligations (salary, benefits, uniforms, insurance), training, and ensuring compliance with EDB and legal standards. Duration & Timeline · Contract Period: 24 months, renewable for 12 months upon satisfactory performance. · Probation: Initial six months, confirmation subject to satisfactory service. Payment Terms · Pricing: Fixed monthly rates for the contract duration. · Payment: Salaries paid monthly (by the 28th), including end-of-year bonus. No advance payment. · Termination: One-month notice for unsatisfactory service; EDB reserves the right to request immediate removal for misconduct. Additional Notes · Receptionists are not entitled to permanent EDB positions. · EDB reserves the right to terminate the contract or any individuals assignment for non-compliance or misconduct.
