This Is A Single-Awarder Framework Agreement, Giving Rise To The Conclusion Of Subsequent Contracts, In Accordance With Article R2162-2§1 Of The Same Code, And This, Under The Conditions Set Out In Articles R2162-7 To R2162-10. The Order Thresholds To Be Placed Are As Follows: - Without Minimum Annual Amount; - Maximum Annual Amount: 300,000.00 Euros Excluding Tax. As An Estimate, The Contracting Authority Could Order Up To 140,000.00 Euros Excluding Tax Of Services Per Year. This Amount Is In No Way Contractual And Could Be Subject To Change. Subsequent Contracts Taken On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement Will Be Subject To A Fixed Remuneration. They Must Comply With The Requirements Of The Framework Agreement And Will Be Allocated Under The Conditions Defined In Article 4 Of The C.C.P., And In Accordance With Articles R2162-2 And R2162-10 1°. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Notify As Many Subsequent Contracts As Necessary Upon The Occurrence Of Its Need In Compliance With The Provisions Relating To The Duration And Financial Ceiling Of The Framework Agreement; The Execution Of Any Subsequent Contract For Which Notification Has Been Made Before Expiry Of The Framework Agreement May Only Extend Beyond The End Date Of The Latter For A Reasonable Period. The Contracting Authority Concludes A Subsequent Contract With The Holder Of The Framework Agreement, As And When Required.
