Continuation Of The Description Section (Bt-24-Procedure): 6) Prepares A New Technical Passport Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 5/28.12.2006. The Technical Passport Shall Be Transmitted To The Contracting Authority On Paper In 2 Two Copies, Accompanied By An Electronic Form In The Format Doc And Pdf Corresponding To The Paper. The Electronic Copy Shall Be Submitted On The Cd Or Other Electronic Medium: 7) Prepares A Final Report To The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Spatial Planning Act, After The Completion Of The Construction And Installation Works. The Report Shall Be Submitted On Paper In 2 (Two) Copies, Accompanied By An Electronic Form In The Format .Pdf And .Doc Corresponding To The Paper. The Electronic Copy Of The Report Is Presented On A Cd Or Other Electronic Media; 8) Controls The Quality Of The Construction Works Performed And Prevents With Its Actions Of Competence The Violation Of Their Technological Sequence, By Issuing Prescriptions And Orders, Which It Enters In The Order Book Of The Construction: 8.1. Monitoring For The Proper Compliance Of The Technological Sequence In The Implementation Of The Construction Works On The Basis Of The Contract With The Contractor, As Well As Good Construction Practices; 8.2. Entry In The Order Book Of Orders In Cases Where The Construction Works Deviates From The Sequence Arising From The Contract With The Contractor Of The Construction Works And/Or Good Construction Practices. 9) Constant Monitoring Regarding Compliance With The Implementation Of The Construction Works (Including Applications), As Well As Monitoring Of Deviations From Them And Timely Reporting The Contracting Authority On Any Deviations That Arose In The Process Of Performing The Works. Requirement Of Measures By The Contractor Under The Construction Works To Correct The Deviations, As Well As Control Over Compliance With These Measures And, If Necessary, Reporting The Latter. 9.1. In Advance Detailed Acquaintance With The Content Of The Proposals By The Contractor Of The Construction Works, As Well As In The Case Of Applicability - Updated; 9.2. Control Over Their Compliance According To The Real Progress Of The Construction Works And, If Necessary, Inform The Contracting Authority. Accompanying Activities: • Ensuring Compliance With Labor Safety Conditions, In Accordance With The Law On Health And Safety At Work (Lpos) And Its Regulations; • Prevention Of Damage To Third Parties And Property As A Result Of Construction; • Providing The Necessary Organization For Effective Supervisory Activity And Communication Of Its Team In Respect Of The Lawful Initiation Of The Construction, The Inspections Related To The Implementation Of The Construction In Accordance With The Approved Investment Projects And The Requirements Of Art. • Checks For The Presence Of Copyright Supervision On The Respective Parts Of The Technical Projects During The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Activities, As Well As Control (If Applicable), The Conformity Of The Working Drawings And Details With The Provisions Of The Current Legislation And The Contract With The Contractor, As Well As In The Applicable Cases-With Other Participants In The Construction And/Or Zafters
