The Acquisition Focuses On The Information System Solutions For Financial Management And Related Services For Financial Management. The Acquisition Covers Technologies, Implementation And Commissioning, Continuous Software Service And Its Right Access, Continuous Support And Maintenance, Further Development, And Other Expert Services Related To The Use And Development Of Solutions. Conventionally, The Procurement Is Organized In Such A Way As To Enter Into Separate Contracts With The Supplier And Technology Supplier Or Several Technology Suppliers Under The Same Procurement. The Procurement Is Made As A Single Procurement That Is Contractually Divided Into Two Areas: 1. Economic Control System Access And Operating Services 2. Continuous Support And Maintenance Required For Use And Expert Services Providers Must Either Offer The Entire Whole Or Can Make The Offer As A Group Of Tech Journalists And Deployment Partners. If The Solution Is Offered As A Grouping, Each Area Shall Be Subject To Its Own Contract, So That The Contract Liability May Be Divided Between The Members Of The Group.
