On The Basis Of An Already Completed Current Status Analysis And Determination Of The Status Quo, Organizational, Professional And Technical Measures Such As Objectives Were Derived. The Results Are Documented In An Omnichannel Roadmap And Are Divided Into A Conception And Transformation Phase (See Attached Appendix).
