The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Preparation Of Investment Projects And The Exercise Of Copyright Supervision For The Needs Of Gorna Oryahovitsa Municipality. The Subject Of Each Lot Of Position Includes The Following Activities: - Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Working Phase. The Design Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Legal And Regulations In Force On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. - Exercise Of Copyright Supervision During The Execution Of The Construction And Assembly Works Of The Sites In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 162, Para. 2 And Para. 3 Of The Spatial Planning Act. The Detailed Requirements For The Execution Of The Order Are In Accordance With The Technical Specification To Each Lot, An Integral Part Of The Documentation For Participation.
