Rescue Services – Provision Of Water Rescue Services In 2026 In The Facilities Of The Municipal Sports And Recreation Center In Kędzierzyn-Koźle. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Water Rescue Services At The Indoor Swimming Pool (Ul. Jana Pawła Ii 31) And The Kędzierzyńsko-Koźielski Activity Center Wodne Okko (Ul. Mostowa 1) In Kędzierzyn-Koźle In The Period From January 2, 2026 To December 31, 2026. The Water Rescue Service Will Consist In Particular In: A) Ensuring The Safety Of People Using The Basins Swimming Pools And Water Facilities, B) Providing First Aid, C) Monitoring Compliance With The Facility Regulations By All Users, D) Performing All Lifeguard Duties; E) Complying With The Regulations For Using The Swimming Pool, F) Taking Care Of The Rescue Station And The Entrusted Equipment, Preventing Any Material And Personal Damage To Water Facilities And Swimming Pool Basins, G) Monitoring Swimming Conditions (Water, Air, Surroundings) And Registering Threats In The Duty Log And Keeping An Ongoing Rescue Service Log, H) Removing Contaminants From The Water Table And From Recreational Devices Located Near/In Swimming Pools. Safety Conditions Must Be Ensured On The Basis Of The Act On The Safety Of Persons Staying In Water Areas Of August 18, 2011 (Journal Of Laws Of 2023.714, Consolidated Text) And Legal Acts Issued On Its Basis. The Detailed Scope Of The Service And The Tasks And Responsibilities Of The Contractor And Rescuers Were Specified In The Draft Contract. The Services Constituting The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed On The Basis Of The Schedule And In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract And Swz. The Estimated Demand For The Number Of Working Hours Of Rescuers During The Contract Implementation Period Is Approximately: 32,456 Hours. By One Rescue Hour, The Ordering Party Understands The Provision Of Rescue Services By One Person During One Hour. The Offer Price Should Be Calculated Based On The Estimated Number Of Rescue Hours. The Offer Price Is Used Only To Compare The Submitted Offers And Select The Most Advantageous Offer, While Settlements Will Be Made According To The Number Of Rescue Hours Actually Performed, Based On The Unit Prices Presented In The Form. The Estimated Number Of Rescue Hours Does Not Constitute An Obligation Of The Ordering Party To Use Them During The Duration Of The Contract And Cannot Be The Basis For Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor.
