The Contracting Entity Wants To Enter Into A Framework Agreement For Stenlille Gas Storage In The Event Of An Extra Production Of Formation Water (Brine). A Framework Agreement Is Wanted With A Single Supplier, Which Covers A Maximum Decrease Of 3,000 M3 Of Formation Water Per Day. Year. The Maximum Amount Of Formation Water That Must Be Able To Be Taken Per Day. 24 Hours Is 500 M3. The Agreement Includes All Services In Connection With The Overall Task Which Consists Of Both Pickup, Transport, Delivery And Processing And Disposal Of Formation Water. For Further Details Regarding The Acquisition, See Appendix 2: The Description Of Performance And The Associated Appendices. The Offered Framework Agreement Has A Maturity Of 4 Years. The Framework Agreement Can Be Extended For 2 X 2 Years. The Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement For The Maximum Total Period Of 8 Years Is Expected To Amount To Up To Dkk 25,000,000. The Framework Agreement Can Be Expanded By 2 X 20 % Whereby The Maximum Value Will Amount To Dkk 35,000,000. Consumption Is Based On The Worst-Case Scenario And Can Only Be Considered An Estimate And Is Not Binding To The Contracting Entity As A Result.
