Tenders Are Invited For Procurement Of Access To Ki Services For The Ministry Of Health And Care Services

The Agreement Includes Access To A Standardized, Cloud-Based Artificial Intelligence Solution (Ki Solution). The Solution Should Be Able To Handle Large Amounts Of Documents And Provide Answers Based On The Content, Including Functionality For Translation, Transcription And Processing Of Data Of Special Categories Of Personal Data And Other Information That Is Exempt From Public. The Solution Should Have Access To Several Language Models And Be Available To Employees Of The Ministry Of Health And Care Services (Hod). The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Contribute To Increased Efficiency And Improved Knowledge Base For Employees In Hod. It Is Important That The Solution Has A Simple And Intuitive User Interface That Does Not Require Extensive Training. The Supplier Should Nevertheless Assist With Simple Training. It Is Desirable That The Solution Can Be Adapted To Future Needs And That The Suppliers Offered Service Level Includes Services That Meet Hods Activities And Needs In An Appropriate Way. The Agreement Runs For 12 Months From The Service Is Available To The Customer. The Service Shall Be Available No Later Than 1 Month After Signing. The Agreement Is Not Renewed Automatically And Terminates Without Any Further Notice 12 Months After The Service Is Made Available To The Customer.
