Sunnhordland Purchasing Forum V/Bømlo Municipality Invites Suppliers To Participate In The Consultation Of The Competition Documents For The Procurement Of Advisory Engineering Services. The Purpose Of The Hearing Is To Obtain Input And Views On The Proposed Requirements, As Well As Detect And Correct Any Ambiguities To Ensure That The Acquisition Meets The Actual Needs Of The Municipalities. The Goal Is To Facilitate A Framework Agreement That Provides Flexible And Predictable Access To The Necessary Expertise For Planning, Design And Follow-Up Of Construction Projects. The Agreement Will Cover The Entire Project Run From The Need For Need And Concept Phase To The Construction Phase, Commissioning, Takeover And Complaint Follow -Up, And Includes Both The Design Group Leader, Independent Control And Assignments Within The Individual Subject Or The Entire Design Group. The Assignments Will Vary In Species, Duration And Complexity, From Less Individual Projects To Larger Complex Projects, And Can Take Place In Parallel In Several Locations. We Encourage All Relevant Players To Review The Competition Documents And Make Comments Or Suggestions For Improvements. Their Input Will Be Assessed Before The Final Competition Documents Are Determined. The Deadline For Feedback Is 24.10.2025, And Feedback Must Be Provided Via The Enclosed Form For Supplier Feedback.
