Natural Gas – Comprehensive Purchase Of Gas Fuel For Contracting Facilities Participating In The Purchasing Group Of The Upper Silesian-Zagłębie Metropolis.. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Gas Fuel By The Ordering Party And Their Organizational Units. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 2. The Contractor Will Carry Out All Activities And Arrangements With The Dso Necessary To Carry Out The Procedure For Changing The Supplier And Effectively Starting The Sale Of Gas Fuel, Including In Particular: Termination Of Existing Comprehensive Agreements, Notification Of New Gas Fuel Sales Agreements To The Dso. The Contractor Will Perform These Activities On The Basis Of Appropriate Powers Of Attorney Granted When Concluding Gas Fuel Sales Agreements. 3. The Supply Of Gas Fuel Will Be Based On Contracts Concluded Separately By Individual Ordering Parties And By Local Government Organizational Units, Which Will Be Separate Payers And Which Are Indicated In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 4. The Supply Of Gas Fuel Will Take Place Under The Conditions Specified In The Energy Law Act Of April 10, 1997 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended) And Based On The Implementing Provisions Of This Act, In Particular The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of July 2, 2010 On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Gas System (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws 2018, Item 1158 Late Amended) Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of March 15, 2018 On Detailed Rules For Shaping And Calculating Tariffs And Settlements In Gas Fuel Trade (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 280, As Amended), In Accordance With The Osd Gas Fuel Tariff, The Principles Specified In The Licenses, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract Terms And Conditions, As Well As In Accordance With The Contractors Offer And In Accordance With Provisions Of The Civil Code. 5. Lists Of All Ordering Parties, Payers And Ppg Participating In The Tender Procedure Along With Data On Historical Consumption Of Gas Fuel, Current Distribution Parameters And The Current Status Of Contracts Are Provided In The Aggregated List In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 6. Each New Ppg Created During The Term Of The Contract Must Have A Unit Price Of Gas Fuel In Accordance With The Offer Of The Contractor Selected In This Tender Procedure. The Supply Of Gaseous Fuel For A New Ppg Not Covered By An Annex To The Agreement Will Be Made On The Basis Of An Amendment To The Annex For A Given Agreement, Without The Need To Renegotiate The Terms Of The Agreement. 7. The Supplied Gas Fuel Must Meet Technical Standards In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law, Implementing Acts And Polish Standards. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With Quality Standards Of Customer Service. 9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Receive From The Ordering Party, Within The Agreed Time, Notifications And Complaints Regarding The Supplied Gas Fuel. 10. The Contractor Should Have A Secure Access Portal For Recipients Enabling Downloading Invoice Images And Observing Gas Fuel Consumption No Later Than On The Date Of Commencement Of Deliveries. The Platform Should Enable The Creation Of Individual Accounts
