Tenders Are Invited For Providing Postal Services In The Field Of Receiving, Moving And Delivering Postal Items And Their Possible Returns - Ordinary And Registered Letters
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic, In The Scope Of Receiving, Moving And Delivering Postal Items And Their Possible Returns, Within The Meaning Of The Postal Law Act Of November 23, 20122. Postal Items Which Are The Subject Of The Order Are Understood To Mean Letter Items Weighing Up To 2000 G:1) Ordinary - Unregistered Item Not Being The Fastest Category Item2) Ordinary - Unregistered Letter Item Of The Fastest Category,3. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Deliver Postal Items Covered By The Subject Of The Order To The Contractors Postal Points Located At A Distance Of No More Than 2 Km From The Location Of The Ordering Partys Organizational Units, Every Day (On Working Days) Between: 14:00 – 15:30. The Shipments Covered By The Subject Of The Order Will Be Sent On The Day Of Their Delivery. 4. In The Case Of The Contractors Postal Points Located At A Distance Of More Than 2 Km From The Location Of The Ordering Partys Organizational Units, The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect Parcels From The Ordering Partys Offices Every Day On Monday ÷ Friday.5. The Types And Estimated Quantities Of Postal Items Covered By The Order Are Included In The Attached Price Form Constituting Annex No. 1.1 To Swz.6.
