The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Food Products To Canteens Of Educational Institutions In The Ośno Lubuskie Commune Within Twelve Months From Signing The Contract, No Earlier Than January 1, 2026. Regarding: Supplies Of Vegetables, Potatoes, Fruit. The Food Products, Along With The Maximum Demand, Are Described In The Type And Quantity List Constituting Annex 1A Of The Offer Form. Pursuant To Art. 433 Points 4), The Ordering Party Informs That The Minimum Scope Of The Order Will Be Equivalent To 50% Of The Maximum Gross Contract Value. Food Should Be Delivered To The Canteens Of The Primary School In Ośnie Lubuskie, Ul. Jeziorna 3 And The Local Government Public Kindergarten In Ośno Lubuskie, Ul. 3 Maja 20, Successively, As Needed, Excluding Interruptions In Canteen Operations Related To The Organization Of The School Year. The Demand Will Be Reported By The Superintendents Of School Facilities Or Persons Authorized By The Directors Of The Facilities. The Contractor Will Deliver Each Ordered Batch Of Goods At His Own Expense, Using The Means Of Transport Required For The Type Of Food Goods Delivered, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Contractor Is Obliged To Bring The Goods To Food Warehouses Located In Educational Institutions. The Contractor Is Obliged To Hand Over The Goods Delivered To The Canteens In The Presence Of The Authorizing Officer Or An Employee Authorized To Accept The Goods. The Contractor Will Provide Products That Meet The Requirements Referred To In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of July 26, 2016 On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In The Educational System Units And The Requirements That Must Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of The Collective Nutrition Of Children And Adolescents In These Units (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 1154).
