The Subject Of The Order Is The Transport, Assembly, Commissioning, Comprehensive Operation And Dismantling Of An Artificial Seasonal Ice Rink, Along With The Rental Of A Roof, Located At Ul. Gubinowska 28/30 In Warsaw, With A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Specifying: - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract With Annexes Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Which Will Be Annex No. 1 To The Contract; - Designed Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz; Obligations Arising From The Social Clause 1) The Ordering Party Applies The Social Clause In The Proceedings In Question Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. 2) The Contractor Undertakes To Ensure That Activities Related To The Operation And Comprehensive Service Of The Ice Rink During Its Availability To Users, I.E.
