The Subject Of The Order Is An Investment Task Which Includes: Development Of Design Documentation And Implementation Of Construction Works For The Investment Task Titled: Reconstruction Of Traffic Lights As Part Of The Task - Construction Of Telecommunications Ducts For The Needs Of Traffic Lights. The Order Includes The Preparation Of Design Documentation Based On Traffic Measurements And The Construction Of Telecommunications Ducts Along With The Replacement Of The Traffic Lights Controller At The Intersection Of Jana Iii Sobieskiego And Al. Rataj In Skierniewice.1. The Subject Of The Order Consists Of Two Stages And Includes The Development Of Design Documentation Based On Traffic Measurements, Agreeing On The Documentation To The Necessary Extent, Obtaining All Consents, Permits And Permits Required By Law And Submitting A Notification (Stage I) And Performing Construction Works (Stage Ii) Related To The Reconstruction Of Traffic Lights At The Intersection Of Jana Iii Sobieskiego And Al. Rataj In Skierniewice.A) As Part Of Stage I Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Prepare Complete, Comprehensive Design Documentation In Accordance With The Conditions Contained In The Fup - Annex No. 6 To Swz, Detailed Information Related To This Is Included In Ffu - Annex No. 6 To Swzb) Stage Ii Of The Order Includes The Reconstruction Of Traffic Lights At The Intersection Of Jana Iii Sobieskiego And Al. Rataj In Skierniewice Based On The Developed Design Documentation, Agreed In Accordance With The Technical Requirements And Other Documentation Collected In Stage I. The Contractor Also Provides Full Surveying Services And As-Built Inventory. Note:1) Wherever The Subject Of The Order Is Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, The Ordering Party Allows The Contractor To Use Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Fup, Provided That They Have At Least The Same Or Better Technical And Functional Parameters And Do Not Lower The Standards Specified In The Documentation.2) If The Contractor Proposes Materials And Other Equivalent Elements, Is Obliged To Prepare And Attach To The Offer A List Of All Proposed Materials And Other Equivalent Elements And Demonstrate Their Equivalence In Relation To The Materials And Other Elements Described In The Fup. 3) All Equivalent Materials Or Other Elements Proposed By The Contractor Must: A) Have Technical And Functional Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Documentation, B) Have Appropriate Approvals And Certificates. 4) A Description Of The Proposed Equivalent Solutions Should Be Attached To The Offer And Must Be Detailed Enough To Enable The Ordering Party, When Assessing The Offer, To Assess The Fulfillment Of The Requirements Regarding Their Technical Parameters And Decide Whether The Proposed Solutions Are Equivalent.
