1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Catch Homeless Animals From The Brzesko Commune And Provide Them With Care In 2026.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Maintaining Animals (Dogs, Cats) In A Shelter (Including Food, Treatment, Veterinary Care). 2) Providing Animals With Proper Living And Sanitary Conditions By: - Constant Access To Drinking Water, - Providing A Sufficient Amount Of Food, - Keeping Animals In Rooms Allowing Free Movement, - Separating Rooms For Animals Aggressive And Sick, - Medical Care In The Field Of: Health Checks, Prevention And Treatment, Combating Internal And External Parasites, Vaccinations Against Rabies. 3) 24-Hour Readiness To Perform The Subject Of The Order After Receiving A Notification From The Ordering Party Or The Police - An Employee Of The Ordering Party, The Police Reports The Need To Catch The Animal By Phone. The Required Maximum Response Time Of The Contractor To Catching An Animal From The Moment Of Notification By The Ordering Party Is 180 Minutes.4) Catching, Transporting And Delivering Animals (Dogs, Cats Or Farm Animals) To A Shelter Or Farm.5) Catching Free-Living Cats, Transporting Them To The Place Of Sterilization Or Castration And Transporting Them Back To The Place Of Catching Them.6) Sterilization Or Castration (Dogs, Cats) Delivered To The Shelter, As Well As Those With An Owner.7) Sterilization Or Castration Of Animals With An Owner, Up To 30 Cats And Up To 20 Dogs. Under The Contract, The Contractor Will Carry Out Sterilization And Castration Procedures For 50% Of The Price, And The Remaining 50% Will Be Borne By The Animals Owner.8) Providing 24-Hour Veterinary Care In The Event Of Road Accidents Involving Animals.9) Putting Down Blind Litters.10) Euthanasia Of Animals With No Hope Of Recovery And Disposal Of Their Carcasses.11) Providing Free-Living Cats With 24-Hour Care Veterinary.12) Identification Number Of Homeless Animals Staying In The Animal Shelter By Microchipping.13) Admission To The Shelter Of Animals From The Brzesko Commune, With An Owner Who, For Reasons Beyond His Control, Cannot Provide Them With Proper Care Or Animals That Were Taken Away From The Owner By The Decision Of The Mayor Of Brzesko For Gross Negligence.3. The Contractor Should Have A Shelter With Appropriate Human And Technical Resources And Use Equipment And Means Of Transport Adapted To Transport Animals, Approved By The Competent District Veterinary Inspectorate.4. The Contractor Should Be Guided By The Principles Of Humanity, Catching Should Be Done In A Gentle Manner, And If Necessary, Use Specialized Equipment.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In Annex No. 8 Of The Swz.
