Stawiska At Km 0+000 To Km 0+654.15, Intersection With The District Road 1673K At Km 0+654.15), (Intersection With The Municipal Road 362634K At Km 0+000.00) In Nowy Targ. Investment Co-Financed By The Government Road Development Fund.2. The Works Include, Among Others: 1/ Expansion Of The Municipal Road, 2/ Construction Of Sidewalks, 3/ Reconstruction Of Intersections With Public Roads, 4/ Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System, 5/ Construction Of Street Lighting, 6/ Reconstruction Of Networks Colliding With The Investment 3. The Order Is Detailed In The Design Documentation Prepared By Mr. Eng. Piotr Kowalczyk Road Engineering Studio Ul. Podhalańska 4/29, 34-400 Nowy Targ.4. Other Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 1/ Construction Cost Estimate, With The Price Components Given In The Offer For This Procedure, In An Amount Not Higher Than The Contractual Amount, The Final Settlement Will Be Based On A Cost Estimate After The Order Is Completed, With The Price Components Given In The Offer Cost Estimate. Unit Prices Will Not Be Changed Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. 2/ No Remuneration Is Due For Works Not Performed As Unnecessary, Although Covered By The Offer Cost Estimate And Specification, 3/ The Contractors Remuneration Will Be Paid Based On The Material And Financial Schedule, Including Partial Invoices Issued On The Basis Of Partial Acceptance Reports. Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Submit A Material And Financial Schedule To The Ordering Party For Approval.
