The Basic Order Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of 500 Tons Of Road Salt. The Optional Order Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of A Maximum Of 500 Tons Of Road Salt. 1) Requirements Regarding The Chemical Composition: A) Content Of Sodium Chloride Nacl - Min 90% B) Content Of Substances Insoluble In Water - Max. 8.0% C) Water Content - Max. 3.0% D) Anti-Caking Agent Content: Minimum 20 Mg/Kg E) Grain Over 6 Mm - Maximum 10% F) Grain Below 1 Mm - Maximum 50% G) Loose Form 2) Road Salt Should Meet The Parameters Of The Polish Standard Pn-86/C-84081/02 Or Equivalent. Road Salt Should Have A Hygienic Certificate Issued By The National Institute Of Hygiene Or An Equivalent Laboratory And A Current Technical Opinion Of The Road And Bridge Research Institute. 3) The Basic Order Includes The Delivery Of 500 Tons Of Road Salt. As Part Of The Basic Order, The Ordering Party Guarantees The Receipt Of 400 Tons Of Road Salt. 4) The Salt Should Be Delivered Using Its Own Transport To The Ordering Party. Zuk Base Ul. Dzieńdziela 44, 43-190 Mikołów On Weekdays. 5) The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Only Transport Equipment That Will Not Adversely Affect The Quality Of Deliveries. The Salt Should Be Transported To The Ordering Party In Vehicles Capable Of Weighing On A 10M Long Scale. 6) Deliveries Will Be Made Successively According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party Within The Time Specified In The Offer (No Longer Than 6 Business Days) From The Moment Of Placing The Order. One-Time Delivery Of At Least 25 Tons. The Minimum Quantity Of Salt Supplied Is 400 Tons For The Basic Order.7) The Ordering Party Will Each Time Inspect The Delivered Material, Assessing Its Physical Condition. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Checkweigher And The Contractors Transport Document, The Basis For Issuing An Invoice Will Be The Checkweigher.9) The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms Specified In The Swz And The Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
