A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.2. The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: - Server - 1 Pc. - License For A Datacenter Class Server Operating System, For 32 Cpu Cores With A Bare-Metal Virtual Machine Hypervisor, English Version - 1 Set. - Microsoft Sql Server 2022 Standard 2-Core License For 6 Cpu Vm Cores Or An Equivalent Solution That Works Properly With Symfonia Systems, Which The Ordering Party Has - 1 Set - Ups Uninterruptible Power Supply, Managed - 1 Pc. - Additional Battery Modules (Battery Pack) - 2 Pcs. - Eth Communication Module. - 1 Pc. - Pdu Power Strip, Monitored And Managed, 1U - 2 Pcs. - 8-Port Kvm Switch - 1 Pc. - Server Port Modules (Sip) For The Kvm Switch - 8 Pcs. - On-Screen Console For The Kvm Switch With Screen, Keyboard, Touchpad. - 1 Pc. If, When Describing The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Refers To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, Solutions Equivalent To Those Described Are Allowed. If Trademarks, Patents Or Origins Appear In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, They Should Be Understood In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5-6 Of The Public Procurement Law, That It Is Justified By The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Ordering Party Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Contract Using Sufficiently Precise Terms. In Such Circumstances, The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Submitting Equivalent Solutions In The Offer, Pointing Out That The Minimum Requirements To Be Met By Equivalent Solutions Are Requirements (Functionality) Not Worse Than The Parameters (Functionality) Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Any Proper Names (Indicating A Specific Product) Used In The Order Documents Are Not Binding And Are Provided For Illustrative Purposes Only. Any Possible Names Of Products Or Materials Mentioned In The Procedure Documents Serve To Define The Desired Standard Of Workmanship And To Determine The Properties And Technical Requirements Assumed For Given Solutions. The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Supplies He Offers, Including Solutions/Materials, Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Will Assess The Equivalence Of The Materials Used On The Basis Of Documents Issued Or Published By The Manufacturer Of A Given Material.
