Tenders Are Invited For Zp.108.2025 Provision Of Comprehensive Services In The Field Of Maintenance And Repair Of Air Conditioning And Ventilation Devices - Kpp Wadowice

1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Services In The Field Of Maintenance And Repair Of Air Conditioning And Ventilation Devices Installed In The Kpp Building In Wadowice.2) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annexes No. 2 And 8 To The Swz, In Which: A. Data On The Location And Technical Parameters Of Individual Air Conditioning And Ventilation Devices For A Given Task Are Provided; B. The Dates And Frequency Of Implementation Of Individual Works Were Specified.3) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Size Of The Order In Relation To The Number Of Services Specified In The Swz In Cases Where They Differ From The Actual Needs Of The Police In This Respect. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Guarantees The Performance Of The Contract In Terms Of Maintenance At A Minimum Level. 70% Of The Value Referred To In §11 Section 2 In Annex No. 4 - Draft Contract.4) As Part Of The Ordered Equipment Maintenance Service, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Activities Specified In Annex No. 8 To The Swz. 5) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure Failure-Free Operation Of Equipment In The Facilities During The Contract Implementation Period. 6) The Contractor Will Carry Out Maintenance And Repairs In Accordance With The Principles Specified In Annex 4 - Draft Contract. 7) The Contractor Will Accept Failure Reports 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week. 8) After Receiving A Notification From The Ordering Partys Representative, The Contractor Is Obliged To Arrive At The Facility Where The Damaged Device Is Located And Diagnose The Causes Of The Failure Within: A. 1 Business Day In The Case Of Category I B Devices. 3 Business Days In The Case Of Other Devices.9) The Contractor Will Guarantee That The Repair Will Be Carried Out Using High-Quality Parts That Guarantee The Proper Operation Of The Devices. 10) The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For Parts, Materials And Services Provided Under The Contract For A Minimum Period Of 12 Months, But Not Shorter Than The Manufacturers Warranty.11) In The Case Of Devices Under Warranty, The Contractor Is Responsible For All Activities Aimed At Repairing The Device, E.G.: Reporting The Fact Of Failure To The Manufacturer Of The Device, Settlement Of Warranty Repairs, Obtaining Documentation Of Warranty Repairs Performed And Handing Them Over To The Ordering Party.12) For Repairs Of Devices Under Warranty. Under The Warranty, The Ordering Party Will Not Incur Any Costs. The List Of Devices Under Warranty Is Included In Annex No. 2 To Swz.13) Pursuant To The Act Of May 15, 2015 On Substances That Deplete The Ozone Layer And On Certain Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases, The Contractor Will Once A Year, As Part Of Maintenance, Measure The Amount Of Refrigerant In Devices Containing Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases In An Amount Above 3 Kg And Make An Entry In The Device Card In The Direct Connection Mode With The Cro Recorder Via The It System.
