The Subject Of The Investment Is: 1. Reconstruction And Retrofitting Of The Existing Playground Belonging To The Public Nursery In Szerzyny At The Address: 38-246 Szerzyny 690, Entered Into The Register Of Nurseries And Childrens Clubs On September 1, 2023. The Task Is To Be Performed On The Basis Of The Attached Design Documentation. The Delivered Toys Must Meet Safety And Hygiene Requirements And Have The Ce Marking. Appropriate Writing Must Be Included On The Toy Or The Information Provided With It. Expenditures On The Purchase Of Equipment Not Related To Land May Constitute Up To 10% Of The Total Costs Of The Task - But Not More Than Pln 30,000.2. Obtaining A Certificate From An Independent, Specialized, External Playground Inspection Unit That Was Not A Contractor And Was Not Involved In The Installation Of Equipment, Devices, Materials And Plants Used To Develop The Playground Area As Part Of The Task. The Obtained Certificate Must Inform That The Completed Playground/Equipment/Surface Complies With The Pn-En 1176 Or 1177 Standards. The Task Is Carried Out As Part Of The Program: Active Playgrounds 2025. The Contractor Is Obliged To: - Provide Full Geodetic Construction Services, Including Marking Out, Performing An As-Built Geodetic Inventory - On The Day Of Acceptance Of The Works, The Employer Will Require Contractor: Geodetic Documentation, Containing The Results Of The Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory - Providing The Ordering Party After The Implementation Of The Task With A List Of Site Equipment Installed Under This Order Along With Its Value - Making And Installing An Information Board With Dimensions Of 120X180 In Accordance With The Guidelines Provided By The Ordering Party At The Stage Of Task Implementation. The Ordering Party Allows The Contractor To Make An On-Site Visit. Bills Of Quantities Should Be Treated As Only Auxiliary Elements. The Deadline For Completing The Task Understood As The Construction/Equipment Of The Playground, Obtaining A Certificate From An External Company, Final Acceptance, Issuing And Delivering An Invoice To The Ordering Party.
