1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of High Metane Type E Natural Gas For The Needs Of Przedsiębiorstwo Gogospodarki Komunalnej I Mieszkaniowe Sp. Z O.O. In Tomaszów Lubelski For The Facilities Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Gas Will Be Supplied On The Basis Of A Contract Containing The Provisions Of The Sales Contract And The Contract For The Provision Of Gas Transmission Or Distribution Services (Comprehensive Contract) And Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997. Energy Law, Civil Code And Implementing Regulations Issued On Their Basis.2. The Ordering Party Will Conclude An Agreement Resulting From This Public Procurement Procedure In The Basic Mode Without Negotiations For The Comprehensive Supply Of High-Metane Natural Gas Type E For The Needs Of Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej I Mieszkaniowej Sp. Z O.O. In Tomaszów Lubelski.3. Order - Comprehensive Supply Of Natural Gas To The Facilities Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Swz:1) The Estimated Demand For Natural Gas In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2027 Is 1,530,958 Kwh. For The Costs Of Using The Subject Of The Order In The Above-Mentioned Period Consists Of: Gas Sales Fee, Subscription Fee, Fixed Distribution Fee And Variable Distribution Fee.
