The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Chimney Ducts: Ventilation, Smoke And Exhaust Gases In Multi-Family Residential Buildings Constituting The Municipal Resource Of The Commune, Managed And Administered By The Housing Management Department, Towarzystwo Budownictwa Społecznego W Częstochowie Spółka Z O. O.. Works Related To The Renovation Of Chimney Flues: Ventilation, Smoke And Exhaust Gases Will Be Performed By The Contractor On The Basis Of An Agreement Concluded With The Housing Management Department. Mieszkaniowa Tbs Sp. Z O. O. In Częstochowa, Based On Orders Issued By The Operations Branches, Containing The Exact Address Of The Premises And Building Along With Specifying The Scope Of Work Necessary To Be Performed.2. The Scope Of Implementation Covered By The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 8 To The Swz And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. In The Offer Price, The Contractor Must Include All Costs Necessary To Complete The Order, Resulting Directly From The Swz, As Well As Those Not Included In It, And Without Which The Order Cannot Be Performed. 3. Acting In Accordance With Art. 95 Section 1 And 2 Point 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractors To Employ, Under An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing The Following Activities Within The Scope Of Contract Execution, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code, Including: 1) The Ordering Party Requires That All Persons Implementing The Subject Of The Order, Who Will Perform Actual Activities Related To The Renovation Of Chimney Ducts: Ventilation, Smoke And Exhaust Gases, Related To The Subject Of The Order, Described In The List Of Works - Quantity Surveying And Stwiorb, Are Employed On The Basis Of An Employment Contract, 2) The Contractor Or Subcontractor Employs The Above-Mentioned Persons For The Duration Of The Order. If The Employment Relationship Is Terminated Before The End Of This Period, The Employee Undertakes To Immediately Employ Another Person In His Place.
