1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Light Fuel Oil In The Heating Season 2025/2026 And 2026/2027 To The Facilities Of The Primary School In Bałtów, Commune. Bałtów In A Maximum Amount Of 125M3. 2) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Order A Smaller Amount Of Heating Oil Depending On The Weather Conditions During The Heating Season, With The Right To Reduce The Value Of The Contract, Without The Contractors Right To Submit Claims In This Respect. The Minimum Amount Of Fuel Oil Will Be 60M3. 3) The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Parameters Consistent With The Quality Characteristics Required By The Polish Standard Pn - C-96024:2011 Or Equivalent To The Described One. 4) The Oil Must Be An Original Product, I.E. It Should Be Produced By The Manufacturer Who Owns The Recipe And The Symbol, Name And Trademark Used To Mark It. 5) Light Fuel Oil Must Be Characterized By The Following Physicochemical Parameters: A) Density At A Temperature Of 15°C Not Higher Than 0.860 G/Ml, B) Ignition Temperature Not Lower Than 56°C, C) Kinematic Viscosity At A Temperature Of 20°C Not Higher Than 6.00 Mm2/S, D) Fractional Composition: Up To 250°C It Distils Not More Than 65% V/V, Up To 350Oc Distills Not Less Than 85% V/V, Sulfur Content Not More Than 0.1% M/M, Coking Residue In 10% Of Distillation Residue Not More Than 0.3% M/M, Ash Residue Not More Than 0.01% M/M, Water Content Not More Than 200 Mg/Kg, Solid Foreign Matter Content Not More Than 24 Mg/Kg, Calorific Value Not Lower Than 42.6 Mj/Kg, Pour Point Not Higher Than 20°C. 6) Place Of Deliveries: Primary School In Bałtów, Bałtów 81, 27-423 Bałtów - Successive Deliveries. 7) Delivery Conditions: The Tank Holds 24 M3 Of Oil At A Time (Battery Oil Tank In The 2 X System (4 X 3 M3). The Facility To Which The Fuel Oil Is To Be Delivered Is Led By An Asphalt Road. The Fuel Filler Is Located On The Side Of The Parking Lot, The Possibility Of Free Maneuvers With The Tanker Truck. 8) The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Deliver Each Ordered Batch Of Goods Successively To The Premises Of The Primary School In Bałtów, At Its Own Expense, From The Moment The Ordering Party Places The Order In Writing, By Fax Or Telephone, B) Ensure Such Transport Of The Subject Of The Order As Is Required To Prevent Damage Or Deterioration Of Its Quality During Transport To The Place Of Delivery, C) The Basis For Issuing A Vat Invoice Will Be A Mutually Signed, Defect-Free Delivery And Acceptance Protocol, D) The Contractor Will Carry Out Deliveries Road Tankers That Meet The Requirements Of The Regulations On The Transport Of Hazardous Materials And Environmental Protection Regulations, And Will Ensure The Appropriate Technical Condition Of The Devices When Refueling The Tanks In Order To Ensure Ecological Conditions.
