Tenders Are Invited For Removal Of Products Containing Asbestos From The Łomża Commune

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Removal Of Asbestos And Asbestos-Containing Products From Properties Located In The Łomża Commune, Covered By Applications Submitted By Farmers Under The Task National Program For Financing The Removal Of Asbestos-Containing Products, Part 2) Projects In The Field Of Collection, Transport And Disposal Of Asbestos-Containing Waste Carried Out On Farms In The Estimated Amount: Approximately 210 Mg. 2. The Task Will Be Implemented With The Participation Of A Subsidy From The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Białystok And The Ordering Partys Own Funds.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Packaging, Collection And Transport Of Hazardous Waste From The Property To The Disposal Site, Unloading And Depositing It Together With The Costs Of Disposal At The Landfill Of Hazardous Waste Containing Asbestos, I.E. Approximately 210 Mg, Stored On Properties Specified In The List Of Properties, Which The Contractor Will Receive From The Ordering Party After Signing The Contract. 2) All Works Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order (E.G. Securing The Site Acceptance, Arrangement Of Facilities And Equipment Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Protection Of Existing Facilities Against Damage And Others), The Contractor Performs On His Own.3) The Ordering Party Reserves That During The Implementation Of The Order The List Of Properties And The Schedule May Change, As The Amount Of Asbestos Waste Was Determined On The Basis Of Individual Reports From The Beneficiaries Of The First Recruitment Of Measure A1.4.1, Which The Agency For Restructuring And Modernization Agriculture Paid And Settled Funds For The Implementation Of The Project Related To The Replacement Of The Roof Covering On A Building/Buildings Covered With Material Containing Asbestos.4) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Material Scope Of The Order Referred To Above, Because The Subject Of The Order Was Determined In An Estimated Manner.5) The Material Scope Of The Order Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Actual Quantity Of Received Asbestos-Containing Products, Subject To Point 6.6) The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect And Dispose Of No Less Than 180 Mg Of Waste Containing Asbestos.
