The Subject Of The Order Is: Thermal Modernization Of The Administration And Workshop Building Located At Ul. Warszawska 4 In Nowy Dwór Gdański. The Construction Works Include: Insulation Of The Building (Walls And Roof), Replacement Of Window Frames, Replacement Of Doors And Parts Of Gates. The Electrical Works Include: Installation Of Switchboards, Installation Of Cables And Wires Of Power Supply And Distribution Circuits To The Extent Necessary To Power The Designed Installations, Replacement Of Installations And Lighting Fixtures, Installation Of An Energy Management System. The Works Will Include The Installation Of A Lightning Protection And Grounding System On The Buildings Roofs, Within The Scope Of The Architectural And Structural Study, Including The Replacement Of The Roof Covering. As Part Of The Modernization Of The Buildings Heating System, It Is Planned To Install A Photovoltaic Installation And Replace The Worn-Out Gas Boiler Room With An Engine Room With A Heat Pump. As Part Of The Works To Adapt The Facility To The Needs Of Disabled People, It Is Planned To Rebuild The Toilet, I.E. Enlarge It And Equip It.
