The Subject Of The Order Is Supply Of Specialized Equipment As Part Of The Eu Projects Entitled Education Of The Future Feds.08.01-Iz.00-0064/24 And Preschoolers From Świdnica Discover The World Feds.08.03-Iz.00-0009/24 Under Priority No. 8 European Funds For Education In Lower Silesia Activities No. Feds.08.01 Access To Education Program European Funds For Lower Silesia 2021-2027 Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus And Under Priority No. 8 European Funds For Education In Lower Silesia Measure No. Feds.08.03 Access To Education - Zit Of The European Funds For Lower Silesia 2021-2027 Program Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus.2. As Part Of The Task In Question, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Equipment, Including Transport Of The Subject Of The Order, Unloading, Bringing It To The Indicated Rooms And Putting Selected Items Into Operation. All The Above-Mentioned Activities Will Be Performed In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party At The Premises Of The Indicated Schools/Kindergartens: A) Primary School No. 1 With Integration Departments. Polish Travelers And Explorers In Świdnica, Ul. Saperów 27A, 58-100 Świdnica (Sp105),E) Primary School No. 315. Jana Pawła Ii In Świdnica, Pl. Wojska Polskiego 3, 58-100 Świdnica (Sp315),F) Municipal Kindergarten No. 1 In Świdnica, Pl. Saint Małgorzaty 1, 58-100 Świdnica (Pm1),G) Municipal Kindergarten No. 3 In Świdnica, Ul. Okrężna 30, 58-100 Świdnica (Pm3),H) Municipal Kindergarten No. 6 In Świdnica, Ul. Komunardów 2, 58-100 Świdnica (Pm6).3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Specialized Equipment Delivered Be Brand New, Unused And Undamaged.4. The Presented Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order Constitute The Technical And Qualitative Minimum Expected By The Ordering Party.5. Specialized Equipment Must Be Adapted And Approved For School/Kindergarten Use And Should Have All Necessary Standards, Certificates, Etc.6. Upon Delivery, The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach Operating Instructions In Polish (If Applicable).7. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Packed In A Way That Protects It Against Damage. The Contractor Is Liable For Damage Or Loss Of The Subject Of The Contract Until It Is Handed Over To The Ordering Party At The Place Of Delivery, Confirmed By The Acceptance Protocol. 8. The Contractor Will Agree With The School Principal (Or Another School/Kindergarten Employee Indicated By The Principal - To The Attention Of The Ordering Party) At Least 3 Days In Advance The Exact Delivery Date (Day, Hour). Delivery Should Be Made Only On Working Days From 8.00 A.M. To 3.00 P.M., Excluding Saturdays, Or On Another Date Approved By The School/Kindergarten Principal.9. The Delivered
