The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A New Bus With Approval For A Bus Adapted To Transport Disabled People For Two Wheelchairs, Together With Equipment For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Pionki City. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. With Attachments).The Car That Is The Subject Of The Order Must Be Free From Legal And Physical Defects, Unrepaired, Must Have The Steering Wheel Located On The Left Side Of The Vehicle And Meet The Requirements Specified In The Swz, In Particular In Annex No. 5 To The Swz. The Car That Is The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Conditions Specified In The Environmental Protection Regulations In Force In Poland. The Contractor Will Deliver The Car At The Expense Own Risk, To The Address Indicated By The Ordering Party In Pionki. The Car Will Be Collected On The Basis Of The Car Acceptance Report. Minimum Requirements Of The Ordering Party Regarding The Quality Guarantee Of The Offered Car: 1 Year. The Warranty Period Will Start From The Day The Car Is Accepted Without Any Reservations. The Warranty Granted For The Subject Of The Order Entitles The Ordering Party To Receive Free Removal Of Defects In The Subject Of The Order Identified And Reported To The Contractor During The Warranty Period. Defects Are Considered To Be Overt Or Hidden Properties Inherent In The Subject Of The Order Or In Any Of Its Elements, Resulting In The Inability To Use Or Enjoy The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose, Reducing The Value Of The Subject Of The Order, Reducing The Degree Of Usefulness Of The Subject Of The Order, Lowering The Quality Or Other Damage To The Subject Of The Order. A Defect Is Also Considered If The Subject Of The Order Is Not The Property Of The Contractor Or If It Is Encumbered With The Rights Of A Third Party. If The Contractor Does Not Proceed With The Removal Of Defects Or Removes The Defects In An Improper Manner, The Ordering Party, In Addition To Its Rights Under The Civil Code, May Entrust The Removal Of Defects To A Third Party At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor (Substitute Performance), After Calling The Contractor And Setting An Additional Deadline Of Not Less Than 7 Business Days. The Ordering Party Requires At Least 1 Location Of Service Stations Implementing The Contractors Guarantees At A Distance Of No More Than 150 Km From The Ordering Partys Registered Office. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order And Implement The Warranty Terms And Conditions On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
