The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Thermal Modernization Of The Volunteer Fire Department In Jejkowice (Osk Building) Under The Priority Program Of The National Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Warsaw National Program For Financing Rescue Services In Part 3) Energy Modernization Of Buildings Of The Volunteer Fire Departments.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Replacement Of The Heat Source From Oil Boilers With Three Air-Water Heat Pumps With A Capacity Of Approx. 16 Kw Each, B) Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation With A Capacity Of Approx. 30 Kwp, C) Modernization Of The Existing Lighting Installation By Replacing Obsolete Light Sources With Modern, Energy-Saving Led Luminaires, D) Modernization Of The Internal Installation Central Heating/Hot Water Through, Among Others, Installation Of Ordinary Radiators With Thermostatic Valves, Installation Of Other Materials Necessary For The Construction Of The Installation, As Well As Installation Of Underfloor Heating In One Of The Rooms. In Addition, The Scope Of The Subject Includes The Purchase And Installation Of Hot Water Installations. E) Other Related Works, The Basis Of Which Is The Technical Documentation Attached To The Swz, Including Dismantling Works, Renovation Works, Earthworks, Water Supply And Hydrant Installation, Piping, Fittings, Insulation, Regulations, Tests, Acceptance, Commissioning, Electrical Installation Works - Measurements. Note: The Ordering Party Informs That The Works Will Be Carried Out On An Active Facility. The Fire Station Is Used By Members Of The Volunteer Fire Department In Jejkowice. The Unit Is Registered In The National Rescue And Firefighting System, Which Means That It Is Dispatched To Action By The District Fire Department In Rybnik. The Schedule And Implementation Of Works Must Be Prepared And Organized In Such A Way As To Enable The Functioning Of The Jejkowice Volunteer Fire Department. The Osk Building Also Houses The Jedność Peoples Sports Club And The Municipal Public Library, Which Should Also Be Allowed To Function On A Daily Basis.
