Subject And Purpose Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Modernization Of The Exhaust Gas Discharge System For Individual Gas Boilers In 72 Residential Premises, Including Works In The Tenants Rooms And On The Buildings Roof. The Aim Is To Ensure Safe, Tight And Compliant With Current Technical Requirements Exhaust Gas Discharge For Both Condensing Boilers And Currently Used Turbo Devices (With A Closed Combustion Chamber). It Is Assumed That The Works Will Be Carried Out In An Active Building, While Maintaining The Functioning Of The Premises. Activities For Each Premises (Premises By Premises): The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Dismantle The Existing Combustion Connection Of The Gas Boiler (Including Securing The Workplace And Waste Disposal). B) Inserting An Individual Chimney Insert Made Of Acid-Resistant Steel From The Side Above The Roof Slope Into The Existing Ceramic Channel. C) Fixing The Insert On A Foot In The Existing Ceramic Channel, Along With Required Supports, Expansion Joints And Seals. D) Installation Of A New Boiler Connection (60/100 Mm) With A Masking Rosette, Fittings And Compensation Elements. E) Installation Of A Roof System At The End Of The Ceramic Channel Above The Roof Slope, With Proper Sealing Of The Passages. F) Reconnecting The Boiler To The New Flue Gas Discharge System, Making Adjustments And Starting The Boiler In Accordance With The Operation And Maintenance Manual.G) Carrying Out The Tests And Measurements Described And Prepar
