1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Brand New Equipment Necessary To Supply The Inhabitants Of The Komorniki Commune With Drinking Water.2. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into Three Parts. The Contractor May Submit An Offer For One, Two Or Three Lots.3. The First Part Includes The Delivery Of Three Drinking Water Tankers With The Following Parameters: 1) Capacity Min. 5000 L;2) Tank Cross-Section: Elliptical, Round Or Oval;3) Braking System: Pneumatic, Hydraulic Or Overrun (Depending On Gvm). Must Comply With Road Traffic Regulations. Service Brake And Handbrake Required;4) Lighting: Electrical And Lighting Installation, Preferably Led (In Accordance With Road Regulations);5) Access To The Tank: Upper Hatch And Rear Hatch Min. Ø 400 Mm, Ladder;6) Other Elements: Acid-Resistant/Metal Boxes For The Drain Collector And Tools; Filling Level Indicator (Sight Glass), Support Wheel, Overrun Wedges;7) Hygienic Certificate Of The National Institute Of Hygiene;8) Internal Reinforcement: Partition To Limit The Movement Of Water While Driving;9) Trailer: One Or Two Axles: Must Have A Set Of Documents For Registration (Homologation), Enabling Movement On Public Roads;10) Material: Stainless Steel (Acid-Resistant) Or In The Case Of Carbon Steel, An Approved Internal Coating (E.G. Zinc) Approved For Contact With Drinking Water Must Be Used;11) The Structure Must Enable Easy Cleaning And Disinfection (Upper Manhole, Optional Cip Cleaning System);12) Insulation, E.G. With 50 Mm Styrofoam To Protect The Water Against Temperature Changes;13) The Tank Must Be Equipped With Hygienic Points (Supply Valves) For Drinking Water By The Population (Ball Valves >4), Must Have A Tight Filling Filler (Ended With A Firemans Connector, E.G. Storz 75)14) The Filler And Draw-Off Valves Must Have Durable And Tight Closures (With A Padlock Or Key) To Protect Against Contamination;15) Marking: Mandatory Permanent Inscription Drinking Water (Possible As An Additional Pictogram With Marking Drinking Water) On Both Sides Of The Tank;16) Hoses Must Be Approved For Drinking Water And Properly Stored (Protected Against Contamination), E.G. In A Closed Box. Length - Min. 5 Meters With Storz Type Connectors, E.G. 75 Or Other.17) Water Tankers Must Have The Ce Declaration Of Conformity.4. Required Warranty Period - In Accordance With The Offer. For Barrel Tankers, At Least 12 Months - Please Indicate In The Offer Form. The Scope Of Warranty Rights Is Regulated By The Provisions Of The Civil Code. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Conditions For Implementing The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 4A To Swz.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Specify The Name Of The Manufacturer And The Code Of The Offered Product/Device In The Offer Form.7.
