Requirements For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform With Due Diligence The Deliveries And Activities Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Contract.2) The Equipment Must Be Brand New, Unused, Complete, Assembled, Ready For Use In Accordance With The Purpose Of Their Intended Use, In Accordance With The Relevant Standards And Legal Regulations, In Particular Regarding Their Admission To Circulation And Use, Delivered In The Original Packaging (The Packaging Must Be Intact And Protected By The Manufacturer). The Equipment Must Be Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects, Technically Functional And Must Come From An Authorized Distribution Channel.3) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Prototype Products And Equipment Manufactured Before 2024.4) The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of An Offer With Technical Parameters And Equipment Higher (Better) Than Those Described.5) If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Does Not Specify The Technology In Detail Execution Or Execution Of A Specific Element Of The Subject Of The Order, Or Does Not Sufficiently Specify The Type And Standard Of Materials, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ask The Ordering Party For An Explanation.6) The Required Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Is At Least 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Protocol Without Significant Defects.7) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With As-Built (Utility) Documentation, I.E.: Technical Sheets, Catalogues, Folders, Certificates, Attestations Or Other Documents Specifying The Parameters Of The Offered Devices And Instructions For Use, Etc. 8) The Ordering Party Does Not Plan To Carry Out An On-Site Visit. 9) Detailed Requirements For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
