The Ordering Party Requires That The Vehicles Purchased Under The Option Are Identical To The Basic (Guaranteed) Vehicle.2. The Basic (Guaranteed) Order Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand-New Truck With A Multi-Purpose Hydraulic Body (Tow Truck) For The Transport Of Official Vehicles For The Provincial Police Headquarters In Szczecin3. The Optional Order Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Truck With A Multi-Purpose Hydraulic Body (Tow Truck) For The Transport Of Official Vehicles For The Provincial Police Headquarters In Szczecin. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right, But Reserves The Right Not To Exercise The Option Right. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Increasing The Number Of Vehicles Ordered Under The Option Right By A Maximum Of 1 Piece. The Ordering Party Will Notify The Option Right Within 7 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.
