1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Ireny Street And Podhalańska Street In Komorowo Commune. Michałowice In Terms Of Road Surface And Pedestrian And Bicycle Route. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In A Way That Ensures Accessibility For People With Disabilities. In Particular, Sidewalks, Curbs, Pedestrian Crossings And Surfaces Must Meet The Requirements Of Technical And Construction Regulations And The Act On Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs, Ensuring Safe And Comfortable Use For All Users.2.
