A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 6 To Swz.3. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Brand New, Complete, Ready For Use, Free From Technical And Quality Defects.4. In Each Case Of Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Should Assume That Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.5. If References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Are Used In The Documents, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. When Analyzing The Documentation, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Used In The Documentation Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent.6. If Trademarks Are Used In The Documents, It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Define Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Similar Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Documents. The Contractor Who Uses Equivalent Devices Or Materials Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate During The Execution Of The Order That The Devices And Materials Used By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
