The Scope Of The Order Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of 2 Brand New Tanks For The Transport And Distribution Of Drinking Water With A Capacity Of Min. 5,000 Liters, On The Chassis Of An Agricultural Trailer. 2. The Offered Devices Must Be Brand New, Unused, Complete, Assembled, Ready For Use In Accordance With The Purpose Of Their Intended Use, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Legal Regulations, In Particular Regarding Their Admission To Trading And Use. 3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Prototype Products And Equipment Manufactured Before 2024.4. Warranty For At Least 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol.5. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of An Offer With Technical Parameters And Equipment Higher (Better) Than The Conditions Described In The Opz (Annex No. 4A To The Swz)6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide: - Hygienic Certificate Of The National Institute Of Hygiene (Pzh) For Drinking Water, - Instruction Manual For The Tanker In Polish, - All Documents Required By Law For Registering The Water Tanker.
